Your enquiry data

After you submit an inquiry, the site saves your name, phone or email, wishes and event settings. Inquiries from the planner also include a private brief with the 3D layout. Kontorra uses these details to discuss your plans and prepare a proposal.

How your enquiry reaches the agency

The “Contact me” button sends your inquiry to the agency’s private inbox. Confirmation appears after it is saved. If you choose WhatsApp, the message is sent only when you tap Send in the app. WhatsApp also processes conversations under its own policies.

Who can open the brief

The brief and sketch open through the full individual link in the message. The link is not included in the catalogue or sitemap. Anyone you or the manager share the full link with can access it, so please do not publish it openly.

Draft in your browser

The builder saves your latest draft locally in this browser. This is not an account. Clearing the site's data deletes the draft. Your screen file is included in the project and shared with the agency along with the brief when you continue the enquiry.
